I'd recommend using a keyserver running the SKS code. David Shaw already
got sks.dnsalias.net. There are some other SKS keyservers in operation. I
use keyserver.bu.edu. Another popular alternative is
sks.keyserver.penguin.de.
About a month ago, Bjørn Buerger, from penguin.de, posted a link to stats
collected from several SKS servers. The list was:
sks.keyserver.penguin.de
keyserver.bu.edu
ensemble02.cs.cornell.edu
keyserver.aarg.net
calvin.lk.etc.tu-bs.de
apmsrv01.apm.etc.tu-bs.de
sks.dnsalias.net
pks.gpg.cz
ensemble02.cs.cornell.edu is indicated as being experimental, and should
probably be avoided.
The *.keyserver.net servers do not seem to be updating at all. I've sent
signature and UID updates to them for at least a month and only get the
old key when checking.
