Subject: US Encryption Laws

Hello,

Could someone tell me the current state of US encryption laws? Perhaps=20
there's a link I can go to?

I have heard that US regulations are "more lax" than before, but I don't =

know just how much more lax they are.

Is it legal to export strong-encryption software from the United Sates?

Thank you for your help.
