Someone at that ISP doesn't have their auto-responder setup properly to
ignore list traffic.  I emailed the postmaster there last week and never
heard anything back.  I think it's bad form.  Perhaps the list owners here
can simply unsubscribe the offending user (cedric.chosson@elftrading.com)
and have them resubscribe if they want under the new totsa.com address to
make these messages stop.  But by all means, I'd say you ought to complain
to the postmaster at this domain and urge them to fix their problem.
