Well, if you're employed by someone who requires you to use SDAs, it's
their problem buying a commercial PGP version, no?
Otherwise you could try this:

The legal situation on this version is a bit fuzzy, but the developer
has never been taken to court by NAI or PGP.com and it's quite widely
used. In any case, you can set a blank version line in any output.
