trouble signing a message

HI all,
I am writing a windows front end to GnuPG so I can take it mobile =
without the hassles of setting it up on each machine=20
and am having trouble signing a message.
When I sign I get the sig but my output does not look like

What options do I need to use to get it to produce the first output.
I am getting the data from the clipboard then writing it back to the =
clipboard
