Newbie question - importing PGP keys

Export the keys from PGP for Windows; remember to include your secret 
key.

In the Terminal, use the following command:

% gpg --import <filename>

If you want to use GPG for Mail.app, there is a really nice plug-in 
available here:

http://www.sente.ch/software/GPGMail/

There are some GUI tools available as well, but none are (IMHO) as nice 
as those done by PGP, Inc. They are still a bit rough.
