1.2.3 and 1.2.1 compatibility

It is possible.  To really help though, I'd need more than "it doesn't
work".  Can you tell me what error message, if any, you saw?  Can you
encrypt a message to me with 1.2.3 and I'll try decrypting it in
1.2.1?
