gpg: conversion from `utf-8 to `CP0 not available

Yes, gpg --list-keys shows among others this key.

I read that other the Bat! users having simular problems, so I will
put this on the Bat! bugtracker.

Btw using Thunderbird 1.0 with Enigmail works fine.
