How do I confirm the version I have...

Hi Folks:

Downloaded and installed what I thought was v1.4.0a but it is
still reporting 1.4.0 when I run a show version command. Also,
when I run a check trust function using GPGShell a file renaming
error comes up that the author suggested was a bug that was
supposed to be cleared up in v1.4.0a.

How do I confirm if I have the right version or not??
