Is there a gpgkeys_mailto for Win32?

Why do you not use a .bat or .cmd to wrap the perl call?
It probably has the same security issues as a shelscript but does that
matter?

A gpgkeys_mailto.bat should be executed by calling gpgkeys_mailto on the
commandline, just like a .exe would.
