copy GNUPG keys for user from one box to another

I have had no problems exporting private keys and importing them. I use
gnupg on both Windows and Linux.

I've read in the gpg docs that --export doesn't do private keys
properly. I usually export from PGPkeys in Windows and pass around that
file, since it does private keys properly. If I didn't have that option
I'd just copy the file itself around.
