Bug: Unusable key

Sounds good to me, 'cause, for all practical purposes, that public key is
unusable.  It's up to the user to figure out which one of the 101 reasons
applies in this case.  But, sounds like I'm in the minority (my wife reminds
of that quite often).

Heh, I like that.  How about "unusable public key" ?  That pretty much
describes the problem ... ;)
