Evolution can't do it.
Use KGPG or some other tool - copy and paste the entire text and verify that 
way. Or:
- From the command line, you can just use
$ gpg -v
Remember to press Ctrl-D to tell GnuPG that you are finished with entering 
data.

It's so easy that it makes you wonder if the Evolution people can't just use a 
macro instead of complaining that it cannot be fixed in Evolution. Every 
other GnuPG client (not just mail clients) can do it, except Evolution.

(Using inline signatures again because I can't get gpg-agent to work on Debian 
testing.)
