as i probe into the inner working of openPGP, i've asked a few questions
to clarify things that didn't make sense after reading rfc2440. a few of
those answers have mentioned that some things in the format have changed
since the the RFC was originally published... were do i find all of the
changes? or an updated RFC that shows the current status of the openPGP
format?
