Caveat: The gdata plugin was only known to work through Outlook 2000.
Outlook 2003 most likely will break it.
Importing keyrings:
1) gpg install directory is on your PATH and HomeDir is set in the
registry (WinPT's installer probably took care of this for you)
2) Open a command window (Start --> Run --> CMD.exe)
3) CD to the directory where your PGP keyrings reside
\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\PGP on my
8.0.3 installation
4) gpg --import secring.skr
gpg --import pubring.pkr
5) Use WinPT or GPGshell to set Ultimate trust on your private key(s),
Full or Marginal trust on those public keys that need it.
(and no annoying export files to have to delete)
Side note: for small numbers of public keys you can open PGPkeys and WinPT
or GPGshell; select the keys you wish to copy in PGPkeys; Copy from the
edit menu or ctrl-C; then import them from the clipboard into GPG using
WinPT or GPGshell
