local-key and key on keyserver seems to differ

There's no comment, no fullname, just your login/username/nicname. Perhaps
it'd be good to add a second UID that contains your full name? It's not a big
thing but it would help.
Alternatively, put your full details on a website like biglumber so that
people can identify you as well as your key.
