gpg problem while decrypting

User-BCD has encrypted the document to him/herself? If you want A to be
able to read the message BCD has to encrypt the document to A.
BCD has to run
gpg -es -r A document.doc
== thomas at northernsecurity.net | thomas at se.linux.org
== Encrypted e-mails preferred | GPG KeyID: 114AA85C
