[Announce] GnuPG 1.2.5 second release candidate

It compiles OK on my old Linux system (kernel 2.0.38, libc5), and passes
all tests, but I get a few errors with the install script:

Only the directories bin, libexec and share are installed. No .po files.
The resulting installation does work.
