"P" in the signature means that there is a policy URL.

sorry... i handled your off-list message on the command line and didn't 
notice all of that key stuff... too many lines starting with "gpg:"...

on the machine that's being weird, have you tried deleting my [old] key 
multiple times? until it says the key isn't there?

then, just to be sure, do a "--list-keys smasher" and make sure it's 
really gone.... ~then~ import the new key.
