No, it was manually uploaded to keyserver.kjsl.com (TZ=PST8PDT):

As far as being officially registered on biglumber, you should receive
an email encrypted to the key you submitted at the address you submitted.
My last one had the subject "biglumber.com login" and said to login to the
given https URL with the given password.  Logging in should complete the
registration process.
