every now again, someone asks if they can have different pass-phrases for
each part of a private key, and the answer is typically that it can be
done... but how to do it is always left out.

having never seen or found instructions for creating a private key with
multiple pass-phrases, i decided to write a tutorial on how to do it.

this is a first draft of this tutorial. i hope that it's useful to anyone
interested in creating such keys. if anyone notices anything that needs to
