256 Bit Key

If I use GPG (or PGP) to symetrically encrypt a file using the Twofish 
algorithm, does it use a 256 bit key? I believe I gave it 256 bits of 
latency. Also, are the ciphers used in CBC mode? If so, how many blocks are 
chained together?
