1.3.92 w/GPG Shell 3.23

Having changed to 1.3.92 I have seen the change when using my MUA
(T-Bird) but whenever I use the Tray tool the version still shows
1.3.91.  A check of the Environmental Information also indicates that
GPG Shell reads my version as 1.3.91.  Has anyone else experienced this?
