unable to send keys to keyserver (gpg 1.9.10)

Try to move /usr/lib/gpgkeys_* into /usr/lib/gnupg/gpgkeys_hkp :)

I may be wrong.  Anyway, some RPM builds installs gpgkeys_* into wrong
dir.  AFAIR, ./configure && make && make install sometimes install
these files incorrectly too.  Sorry, can't check now.
