How to encrypt and mail in Windows XP

Hi,
I would like to encrypt a file and mail it with the default e-mail
program in Windows.
Now my batch-files won't work. I suppose a VBS-script would do the
trick.

I am not familiar at all with VBS and cannot make a script to encrypt
using GPG. Does any one know how to call GPG?

Does any one know anything about VBS and MAPIMAIL?
