No.  There is X.509 and there is OpenPGP.  They are not compatible in
any way.  The only thing you could do is to use the same key material
and create an X.509 certificate (or well 2, one for signing and one
for encryption) and an OpenPGP certificate.  However this does only
make sense if you have limited storage space for the private key.
