I tried the command line and it worked fine : 
gpg --keyserver hkp://pgp.mit.edu --search-keys 0xA4B8368F
gpg: recherche de « 0xA4B8368F » du serveur hkp pgp.mit.edu

I tried with the same server and same key with gpa without any answer.
