What happened to the Win32 version of gnupg

Hm, what about

or (from the above address)

Or are you looking for v1.4.2? At the moment, there is only a release
candidate of that version and AFAIK there will be no Win32 build of
it until a final is released.
Shouldn't be a big deal, v1.4.1 is just fine.
