GPG error code with successful signing operation

You have set $GPG_AGENT_INFO and --use-agent but for some reasons the
daemon died or is not available.  This is indeed something to
investigate and thus flagged as a real error.

Please give version numbers and the exact error strings you see when
sending bug reports.
