Feature request: Add date and time to filename of encrypted file

Hi again,
I just thought of a new feature:
Add date and time to filename of encrypted file; this is an option for
encrypt-file and encrypt & sign file.

Useful when I have made a backup from within some program and want to
encrypt the result. Often the backup file has the very same name every
time. I must rename them to keep them apart.
