I don't know if this is available already, and if so just disregard this
email.

Anyways, I had to open up a couple of old emails using IDEA as the
symmetric cipher, so I threw together a small wrapper for
libgcrypt-1.2.3 to add IDEA support to GnuPG 2.0. if anyone else is
