Can't read belgium eID card using gpgsm

I have two developers card here and they really work fine.

That is a driver problem.  Please run

scdaemon --server --debug-ccid-driver

and make sure that no other scdaemon is runing.  You also need to sto
pcscd.  Then enter

LEARN --force

and watch the output.
