Strange gnupg problem

Hi,

Running gnupg version 1.4.5 under Windows 2000. Installed on top of an
earlier pre-gpg4win instance. When creating a new subkey for encryption it
all seems to go well, but after saving the key, the new subkey is not listed
anymore. I've tried to create the new subkey twice, from the --edit-key
prompt, with success both times, but once I enter "save" and do a --list-key
or another --edit-key the newly created subkey is no longer there. Any
clues?
