In the standard listing (--check-sigs) we print a note at the end with
the number of unusable or missing keys instead.  This makes more sense
than to list all the keyids we now about but won't be able to verify.
The colon listing provides them so that frontends can take their own
decision.

I'll describe the "!" etc in man page.
