1.4.7 packages for OS X

I've packaged up 1.4.5 and 1.4.6 and was looking at getting 1.4.7 done
asap, but you may have saved me the trouble! :)

As for the 2.x branch, there hasn't been enough interest for me to
devote considerable amounts of my time to getting it packaged up.
