/usr/bin/gpg --batch --yes --recipient Stefan --encrypt /tmp/backup.tgz



From the man page:

       --batch

       --no-batch
                 Use  batch  mode.   Never  ask, do not allow interactive com-
                 mands.  --no-batch disables this option.

       --yes     Assume "yes" on most questions.

       --no      Assume "no" on most questions.
