Cannot Set the Expiration Date on Secure Subkeys

Nope, you're quite right, and it's a bug.

It's a display bug, as the right data makes it into the key packet,
but --edit-key doesn't properly display it.  You can see this by doing
a --list-secret-keys on that particular key, and seeing the proper
expiration is set.
