dmtxwrite uses ImageMagick for some image processing, so whatever file
formats ImageMagick can handle on your platform, dmtxwrite can handle
FWIW, I'm on Fedora 10 (ImageMagick 220.127.116.11) and I have PDF, SVG, and
PNG (and a few dozen others).
