  The most recommended one is pool.sks-keyservers.net
  It is not a single server, but a pool of servers, the list is checked
to include only servers known to be "alive" and well synchronized. Any
server of that list "talks" with the other servers, so each one should
have the same keys.

P.S: some people use pgp.mit.edu, which used to be using an older kind
of server, and it didn't "talk" with other servers, but I eared it was
updated to a new version.
