Delete secret key without public key

It's not useless.

Gnupg secret keys already include the public key and automatically 
extract it when only the secret key is imported.

Try this:

[1] export your secret key
[2] re-import it

Gnupg will automatically extract the public key and add it to your 
keyring.

(hope it's not too late, and you can still do it from your keyring 
or a backup ;-) )
