Doesn't GnuPG list them all? Or did you mean in a GUI key manager?

At least one email client does: The Bat! passes the email address in
angle brackets to GnuPG for key selection. If more than one key
matches, you get a choice. And if the email in the UID is not
surrounded by angle brackets, it does not match.
