Install Gnupg-2.0.19 errors

dear sir:
     I need your help. my computer system is centos6.2(Linux version 2.6.32-220.el6.i686 (mockbuild at c6b18n3.bsys.dev.centos.org) (gcc version 4.4.6 20110731 (Red Hat 4.4.6-3) (GCC) )) . 
       I have installed libgpg-error-1.9 , libgcrypt-1.5.0 , libksba-1.2.0 , libassuan-2.0.3 , the next i want to install gnupg-2.0.19 on my computer , the "./configure" is ok ,but when "make" there are some error .

but when i use "whereis libassuan.so.0" ,it said that:
*libassuan.so: /usr/local/lib/libassuan.so /usr/local/lib/libassuan.so.0*
    can you help me ? thank you verymuch !
