Signature-notation %-expandos expanding to strings of zeros

Right, there was a regression.  Works again; here a test using a subkey

gpg: Good signature from "foo bar <foo at>" [ultimate]
gpg: Signature notation: signed-byf at
gpg: Signature notation: signed-byp at
gpg: Signature notation: signed-byg at

signed-byf (%f) is all-zero because this is not key signature.
