gpg 1.4.16 Windows - version info

Hi

Just installed GnuPG 1.4.16 for Windows (on XP over here).

gpg --version
gpg (GnuPG) 1.4.16

Now I see in the signed messages that the version information about
GnuPG is very short:

Version: GnuPG v1

Bug or feature?
