There has never been any support for deleting any ssh key from
gpg-agent.  Thus -D and -d can't work.  It also does not make any sense
because in contrast to ssh-agent, gpg-agent stores the ssh keys
persistent.  ssh-add is only used to migrate the keys to gpg-agent.
