hkps ssl problem

i already give the message error in my first mail 

but here it is again from the gui application : gpg-key-chain

Receive keys failed!
Code = 0

Error text:
gpg: requesting key 0xB6633197 from hkps server hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
gpg: Total number processed: 0
