Anonymous Receipient is not compatible with ECC?

Hi
I have attempted to use anonymous recipient with ECDH key on 2.1,
however, it gives me the following:

gpg: encrypted with ECDH key, ID 00000000
gpg: decryption failed: No secret key

I can, however, pass --try-secret-key with the appropriate key to force
it to decrypt, but it seems like when it tries to decrypt ECC keys that
pointing to 0x00000000, it seems to interpret it literally the message
intended to that key ID.
