[admin] Please strip your quotes

Hi,

during this long-winded process of trying to help a guy here, I noticed
that the habit of some of us, not to strip quotes to a few lines (and to
leave a blank line after a quote).  It is time consuming to scroll down
some pages just to see that a few lines of content.  And not you have to
do that but 2000 other subscribers as well.

Please strip quotes the next time even if you feel annoyed by some
postings.
