Please remove MacGPG from due to serious security concerns

And it happened again when sending one of the replies. Sending of email
and gpg 2.1 process hanging around waiting for something. Killed
/scdaemon/, sending of email failed with error, and on retry pinentry
popped up and everything worked again.
