Removing hkp from server

Sorry, you probably can't get them removed.

I suspect you mean hkp://keys.gnupg.net, which is an alias to the main
keyserver pool, which is described here: https://sks-keyservers.net/

The keyserver pool is deliberately append-only.  See for example, this
FAQ:
